We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a patient focused practice and have experience assisting with a wide range of dental procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chairside during various dental procedures.
- Provide support for root canals, dental implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations.
- Assist with patient preparation, comfort, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Anticipate the dentist’s needs during procedures and efficiently pass instruments and materials.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and the dental team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant — required.
- Experience assisting with implants, endodontics, orthodontics, and general dentistry strongly preferred.
- Front office knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
- Current certifications/credentials required by applicable state regulations.

Compensation:
Compensation varies based on experience and knowledge. In addition to the hourly pay, the candidate is eligible for a bonus based on individual performance.
